- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of messages you send through our contact or intake forms, by email, or through our scheduling tool (Calendly).
- Background information: details about your work, career, and achievements that you share so we can evaluate or deliver press services.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the name and email associated with it.
- Website data: our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies for security, analytics, and site operation.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and schedule calls.
- To provide, invoice, and manage the services you engage us for.
- To keep business records as required for accounting and tax purposes.
- We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business (hosting, Calendly, Stripe, form and email providers) and only as needed.
A note on sensitive information
