These terms govern your use of pressfor01visa.com and, unless a signed written agreement says otherwise, your purchase of services from Press For O-1 Visa, operated by Press For O1 Visa LLC (“we,” “us”).
Services
We provide press and public relations services: preparing and securing published features about our clients in third-party publications. The specific deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are those stated in your invoice, payment link, or signed agreement.
We are not lawyers
Press For O-1 Visa is not a law firm, and nothing on this website or in our services is legal advice. We do not advise on visa eligibility, prepare or file petitions, or represent clients before any government agency. Consult a licensed immigration attorney about your case.
No guarantee of any outcome
Approval of any visa or petition is decided solely by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and other U.S. government authorities. We never guarantee a visa outcome, and press coverage does not guarantee one. Publications are independent third parties: we do not control their editorial decisions, and we do not guarantee coverage, any particular outlet, or any publish date.
Payment
Full payment up front is required before work begins. Fees are non-refundable once work has started. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Publication lifespan and changes
No publication lifespan is guaranteed. A publication may edit, re-headline, label (including adding an editorial or sponsored content disclosure), paywall, move, or remove a published piece at any time without notice, and that is not a breach of these terms. Any replacement remedy offered by us applies only within the first 12 months after publication. After 12 months there is no remedy, replacement, or refund.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, images, and materials you provide, and for having the rights to use them. You may not represent any article arranged through us as written by the Provider.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for any immigration outcome, government decision, or indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date above, is the current one.
