Most services in our space lead with promises. We'd rather lead with boundaries — because in O-1 press, what a service refuses to do tells you more about its legitimacy than anything on its sales page.

We won't dress sponsored content up as editorial. Some services sell "features" that are paid slots with a journalist's byline pasted on top. Adjudicators review thousands of petitions. They know what a sponsored post looks like, and presenting one as earned coverage doesn't just fail to help — it puts a question mark over everything else in your file. If money changed hands to make the article exist, we won't touch it.

We won't invent outlets. There are services that publish "features" on websites they built last month, with no audience and no editorial staff, and hand them to attorneys as press. An outlet with no verifiable readership and no editorial process is not media — it's a prop. Every feature we build appears in a real publication with a real, independently verifiable audience.

We won't let AI write your story. AI-generated articles are easy to spot now, and they're getting easier to spot every month. A feature about your life's work should sound like it was written by someone who interviewed you and understood what you built — because it was. We write every draft ourselves, from real conversations with our clients.

We won't guarantee specific outlets or dates. Editors assign stories; they don't take orders. Any service promising you a named publication on a named date is either lying or buying — and both poison your petition.

We won't pad your portfolio. If you already have a strong feature, we won't sell you three weak ones to sit next to it. Volume without substance is the most common way applicants waste money and weaken their own cases.

Here's the uncomfortable truth behind this list: every item on it is something a competitor will happily sell you. We know, because applicants come to us after buying it — sometimes with an RFE in hand.

Boundaries cost us business. We'd rather lose the sale than build you press that collapses under review.

We help extraordinary applicants build the press record their petitions deserve. Learn more: pressfor01visa.com/
